Acceptable Use Policy

Klud.app exists for genuine, professional, one to one outreach. This policy draws the line. Violations can lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.

You may

• Contact professionally relevant prospects with personalized, truthful messages.
• Automate your own accounts: accounts you personally own and operate.
• Import prospects from searches you built and are entitled to use.

You may not

• Send unlawful spam, or contact people without a lawful basis where one is required (GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, CASL and similar laws apply to you as sender).
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, or impersonate others.
• Use the Service for harassment, discrimination, adult content, scams, phishing, or the sale of prohibited goods.
• Connect accounts you do not own or lack authorization to operate.
• Attempt to bypass Klud's rate limits, ramp schedule, or safety mechanisms.
• Scrape or contact minors or private individuals with no professional context.
• Resell, share, or pool accounts.

Automation of LinkedIn actions is contrary to LinkedIn's User Agreement. Klud's pacing, caps, and ramp are designed to keep activity conservative, but the risk of account restriction can never be zero and remains yours. Keep daily volumes sensible, personalize your messages, and stop sequences that draw complaints.

Enforcement

We monitor aggregate signals (bounce rates, complaint reports, abnormal volumes) and may throttle, pause, or terminate accounts that endanger deliverability or violate this policy. Report abuse to [ABUSE EMAIL].
